The service
Albunear lets you create a digital album for an event, where guests upload photos and videos via a link or QR code, and the album organisers can view, project and download them.
Account and access
Access to the dashboard is password-free, using a single-use link sent to your email or your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and for the people you invite as admins.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are a one-time payment per event, with no subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency at the day’s exchange rate; the final amount is the one shown on the payment screen. You can upgrade your plan by paying only the difference. Refund conditions are set out in Refunds.
Free digital invitation
The Basic Digital Invitation included in the Platinum plan is a limited-time promotion by Amo Invitar!, subject to availability and its own conditions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
Album duration
Each plan includes an upload window from the day of the event and an album availability period. We’ll email you before it expires. On expiry, the content is permanently deleted: it is your responsibility to download a copy beforehand.
Content
Content belongs to whoever uploads it. Album organisers are responsible for moderating it and for its use. Uploading illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights or that violates people’s dignity is prohibited. We may remove content or close albums that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available at all times, especially on the day of your event, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of third-party failures (venue connection, network or storage providers). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence will be respected.
