GDPR: your rights

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). These are your rights and how to exercise them.

Your rights

• Access: find out what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
• Objection and restriction: object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
• Portability: receive your data in a commonly used format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Guests: deleting your photos

If you uploaded photos to an album, you can delete them yourself from My photos in that album, or withdraw your consent and delete everything you uploaded with one click. You can also ask the hosts or write to us.

How to exercise them

Write to hola@albunear.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month at the latest.

Complaints

If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the data protection authority in your country.
