What data we process

• Customers (album organisers): email, name (if you sign in with Google), language, country and the event details (names, date, city). Payments are processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago: we don’t store card details.
• Guests: the name they sign their photos with, the photos, videos and messages they upload, and the date of their consent.
• Contact form: name, email, phone and the message you send us.

What we use it for

To provide the service: display the album, allow it to be downloaded, send you the sign-in link and album notices, and answer your enquiries. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising without your consent.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (customers), consent (guests and optional cookies), which can be withdrawn at any time, and legitimate interest for the security of the service and the prevention of abuse.

Photo privacy

The album is only accessible via its link or QR code and is not indexed by search engines. Organisers decide whether guests can see everyone’s photos. When photos are optimised on the phone, location data (GPS) is removed; with the Platinum plan the original file is kept as is.

How long

For as long as the album is available according to its plan. When it expires, all photos, videos and messages are permanently deleted. Billing data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Providers

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe and Mercado Pago (payments), Resend (emails) and Google (if you choose to sign in with Google). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
