Jak korzystać z albumu

1. Create your album at albunear.com/crear: event type, names, date and style.
2. Choose your plan. The Free plan is active right away; Classic and Platinum are activated when you pay.
3. Open your dashboard any time from My albums. There’s no password: sign in with Google or with the link we email you.

From the dashboard you see the photos in real time, change the design, download the QR code and share the album.

In the Settings tab:

• Event details: names, date, city and a welcome message for your guests.
• Style: choose the album design. It applies to your guests’ page, the slideshow and the QR cards.
• Free-style design: choose your own fonts, colours and background.
• Cover photo (Platinum): shown at the very top. Drag it to adjust the framing.
• Album link: you can change it, but do it before printing the QR code: the old link stops working.

In the QR tab you have your album’s code, ready to use:

• Download QR (PNG): to add it to your invitation, a screen or your own design.
• Printable cards: with your style and names. Choose 4 cards per sheet (A6, for the tables) or 1 poster per sheet (A4, for the entrance or the bar) and tap Print.

Tips: print on thick paper or card, put a card on each table and a poster at the entrance. Before printing, scan the QR code with your phone to check that it opens your album.

In the Invitations tab:

• Album link: copy it and paste it anywhere.
• WhatsApp: a message is ready for you. Send it to your guests or to your family and friends’ groups.
• Digital invitation: copy the button code and paste it into your web invitation so guests can upload their photos from there.

When to send it: a few days before, so they have it handy, and remind them during the event (the QR on the tables does the rest). Guests can upload photos from 7 days before the event. You and the other admins can upload at any time, for example to test it.

The Live slideshow button (Classic and Platinum plans) opens a screen that shows the photos as they arrive, with the QR code so more guests can join in.

1. Connect a computer to a projector or a TV.
2. Open your dashboard, tap Live slideshow and put the browser in full screen (F11 key).
3. Leave it open: new photos appear on their own.

Photos you hide in your dashboard are not shown in the slideshow.

In the Photos tab you see everything your guests upload, instantly:

• Sort and filter: newest, oldest, most liked, favourites, featured, hidden or videos.
• Favourite: mark the ones you love to find them easily.
• Feature: up to 3 photos appear first in your guests’ album.
• Select: pick several at once to download, hide or delete them.

In the Moderate tab you decide what is shown:

• Guests see everyone’s photos: if you turn it off, each guest only sees their own and you see everything from the dashboard.
• Approve each photo before showing it: new photos stay pending until you approve them.
• Hide or delete: tap a photo to hide it (it stays in your dashboard and your download) or delete it for good.

The album is private: only people with the link or the QR code can open it.

Your guests can leave you a message from the album. You read them in the Guestbook tab and can delete any you don’t want to show.

In Settings → Admins type the email of your partner, a relative or your planner and tap Send invitation. They sign in with their email, no password, and can view, moderate and download the photos. Only the creator can delete the album.

With Download all (ZIP) (Classic and Platinum plans) you save all photos and videos to your computer.

Upload period: guests can upload from 7 days before the event until the days after the event included in your plan. Admins can upload at any time.

• Free: uploads open for 5 days from the event and the album is available for 15 days.
• Classic: 10 days to upload and 90 days of album.
• Platinum: 30 days to upload and 2 years of album.

We’ll email you before it expires. Download the ZIP in time: when the album expires, the photos are deleted.

• Upgrade your plan: from the notice in your dashboard you can move to Classic or Platinum at any time and only pay the difference.
• Invoice: it’s issued automatically when you pay and sent to you by email. You also have it in the dashboard, next to the order number.
• Refund: if you don’t use it, we refund you up to 30 days after purchase.

• I don’t get the sign-in email: check your spam or promotions folder, or sign in with Google.
• A guest can’t upload photos: uploads open 7 days before the event and close when your plan’s period ends. Also check they’re using the current link or QR code.
• The QR code doesn’t open the album: if you changed the album link, download and print the new QR code.
• I can’t see a photo: check Hidden and Pending in the Moderate tab.

1. Zeskanuj kod QR lub otwórz link do albumu. Bez aplikacji i bez rejestracji.
2. Wpisz swoje imię i zgódź się, aby gospodarze zachowali twoje zdjęcia. Dzięki temu będą podpisane twoim imieniem.
3. Dotknij Prześlij zdjęcia i wybierz kilka zdjęć lub filmów z galerii naraz albo zrób je od razu aparatem.
4. Poczekaj, aż pasek przesyłania się zakończy, zanim zamkniesz stronę. Przy słabym zasięgu prześlij je później: nic nie zginie.

• Moje zdjęcia: zobacz wszystko, co przesłałeś, i usuń, co chcesz.
• Księga gości: zostaw wpis dla gospodarzy.
• Polub: dotknij serduszka przy ulubionych zdjęciach.
• Zmiana imienia: w Moje zdjęcia dotknij Zmień moje imię.

Twoje zdjęcia są zapisywane w najlepszej jakości. Widzą je tylko gospodarze i, jeśli na to pozwolą, pozostali goście.
